On 24 and 25 September 2019, the Smart Bear (Smart Big Data Platform to Offer Evidence-based Personalised Support for Healthy and Independent Living at Home) project consortium held its Kick-off meeting in Naples, Italy.
The aim of this first meeting was to:
- Develop a common understanding of the project objectives, tasks and expected results.
- Work in detail with task planning and coordination of task contributions with emphasis on priority tasks.
Establish a common basis for the effective coordination of Project work and Partnership communication.
The SMART BEAR Consortium is coordinated by Consiglio Nazionale Delle Ricerche – CNR (Italy) and consists of 25 organisations, including 4 big industry partner in the ICT domain. Moreover, SMART BEAR consortium includes 5 partners from the health care domain and 2 local authorities. Part of the consortium are 8 big academic/research entities as well as 6 SMEs including ATC. All these providers bring in not only their technological expertise but also their entrepreneurial aspiration regarding their role in creative industries.
